Compensation Channel System

The Astro Aluminium Compensation Channel is a quality, cost-effective aluminium compensation channel designed for the easy installation of glass in interior environments where panes of glass need to be mounted to a wall.

The purpose of the Compensation Channel is to provide a secure and stable base for the glass, as well as to allow for slight adjustments to be made during the installation process if the wall is not perfectly perpendicular to the ground. The Compensation Channel also helps to distribute the weight of the glass evenly, reducing the risk of breakage.

The Compensation Channel comprises four (4) elements including the Aluminium Channel, the Aluminium Compensator, the Rubber Butterfly and Rubber Wedge Gasket. Together, these elements can be used to mount glass from 4mm to 10mm in thickness.
