Service Overview
Astro Group supplies an extensive range of extruded and rolled aluminium products to customers across various industries, in mill finish or surface-finished form. We manage and maintain appropriate stock levels to service customers across a diverse range of applications, and can source purpose-specific material where standard stock does not meet a project’s requirements.
As part of our turnkey offering, sourcing and supply sits at the start of a process that can extend through fabrication and surface finishing. Customers who need material only are equally well served.
Extruded Aluminium Products
We supply an extensive range of standard aluminium extrusions, including round tube, square tube, rectangular tube, round bar, square bar, angle, channel, flat bar, and slat sections. These are available in mill finish or surface-finished form, to suit a wide range of industrial, architectural, and commercial applications.
Rolled Aluminium Products
Our rolled aluminium range includes sheet and tread plate, available in mill finish or anodised finish. These products are suited to a broad range of applications across construction, transport, and general fabrication.

We specialise in custom extrusion design and development, working with customers to develop purpose-specific profiles where standard sections do not meet their requirements.
Additional Services
Surface-Finished Stock
We supply aluminium in anodised finishes as well as mill finish, allowing customers to source material that is ready for use or further processing without requiring a separate finishing step. This is particularly relevant for architectural and decorative applications where a consistent, pre-finished surface is required. Where powder coating is required in addition to or in place of anodising, this can be accommodated through Astro Powder Coating.
Stock Management & Sourcing
We manage and maintain stock levels to service customers across a diverse range of industries and applications. Where a specific material, section, or finish is not held in standard stock, we can source it on your behalf.
Custom Sourcing
For purpose-specific configurations not available as standard stock, we can source or develop the material required, drawing on established supplier relationships and, where applicable, our in-house custom extrusion capability.
Packaging and Delivery
Products are packaged appropriately for transport and delivery, using professional equipment and established procedures to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Specialised packaging is available on request for products at the semi-finished or finished stage of manufacture.
